BI Migrate (“we”, “us”) provides a paid software tool that analyzes Tableau workbook files and generates Power BI Desktop Pack artifacts (assessment reports, gap matrices, DAX drafts, and model configuration files).

1. Service description

The Desktop Pack is a starter deliverable for migrating to Power BI Desktop. It does not guarantee a finished .pbix/.pbip with exact visual parity unless separately agreed in a managed migration contract.

2. Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Prices are shown at checkout (currently listed at ₹2,999 per workbook unless otherwise stated). Taxes may apply as required by law.

3. Acceptable use

• Only upload workbooks you own or are authorized to process.
• Do not upload malware or attempt to disrupt the service.
• Do not reverse engineer the service beyond normal use of delivered files.

4. Refunds

If the service fails to generate a Desktop Pack after successful payment due to a processing error on our side, contact sales@bimigrate.com within 7 days for a refund or regenerating run. Dissatisfaction with DAX quality or lack of a finished .pbix is not automatically refundable under the self-serve Desktop Pack SKU.

5. Disclaimer

Outputs are generated automatically and may require human review. We do not warrant fitness for a particular migration deadline without a separate services agreement.
