This policy explains how BI Migrate handles information when you visit bimigrate.com or use the Desktop Pack tool.

1. Information we collect

• Workbook files you upload for processing.
• Payment metadata processed by Razorpay (we do not store full card details).
• Basic technical logs (IP, timestamps, errors) to operate and secure the service.
• Emails you send to sales@bimigrate.com.

2. How we use information

• To generate and deliver your Desktop Pack.
• To process payments and prevent fraud.
• To improve reliability and support.

3. Retention

Uploaded workbooks and generated packs are retained only as long as needed to deliver the service and handle support disputes, then deleted from active processing storage on a routine cycle. Marketing site analytics, if enabled later, will be disclosed here.

4. Sharing

We use processors such as Razorpay (payments) and cloud infrastructure providers to host the app. We do not sell your workbook contents.
